Australian Centrelink Payments for Single Mother with 2 children?

My daughter plans to move from one state to another and until she finds full-time employment, she was going to apply for Centrelink Payment for herself, her two children under age of 5 and getting rent istance. She is a single mother because her de facto partner is deceased. Can anyone tell me what she would be entitled to? Would she also be entitled to a Daycare subsidy?
