How do I get my cigerette lighter to work again on my 95 buick lesabre custom?

I plugged my electric impact wrench in the lighter not knowing if you plug it into the lighter you have to have the car running thats when it went out I checked the fuse under the dash that wasn't it so I went to the junkyard and unscrewed the What else is there to do?
