Is this girl trying to give me hints she wants me to be her bf?

I;m a 23 year old american guy living in the netherlands permently and not moving back to america.and a couple months ago a pretty and nice russian girl that calls me her favorite friend has been writing alot more recently.shes 28 pretty aand lives in Siberia.it sarted out just writing as friends like pen pals type thing but a month ago she started asking lots more questions bout me like what books do i read what sports do i like stuff like that and talking bout herself more and a week ago she menttioned there was another guy she was talking to as friends but now she quit writing to him cuz shes only intersted in me now and today she told me that she is so tired of being alone cuz all her friends have boyfriends and she doesnt but she didnt come right out and say she wants me to be her boyfriend so my question is since i know lots of girls like giving hints is she trying to give me hints of any kind and if so what do the hints mean?
