Get thinner? A body like Taylor Swift / Momsen / Alexa Chung - skinny legs?

Fisr of all Talor Swift is like SUPER skinny, kinda WAYYYYYY 2 skinny atually, she needs to gain some weight but shes kinda tsall so ya. Ok but ur the weight, u dont need 2 get skinnier but since u want 2 DONT do any muscle exercise bc muscle weighs more than fat. U would wanna jog run or any sport but a spor tthat doenst involve muscle gaining. u cannot NOT eat or else u wont lose weight AT AL, trust me I starved myself last year and I didnt eat a whole lot and when u do that U EITHER NOT LOSE WEIGHT OR GAIN WEIGHT. Eat less fat! Veggies, fruit low-fat yogurt and if ur in the mood for ice-cream DONT EAT ICE-CREAM eat fro-yo (frozen yogurt) like go 2 Golden Spoon or Red Mango or swirls or yogurt land and eat yogurt eat 'yoplait light' drink water or vitamin water or FRESH fruit juice but NOT JUICE also take your vitamins! Also, do stretches or get a personal weight trainer for some1 who wont make u aneroix but not gain muscle!
