Girls...do you notice this too?

it could just be my imagination.....but i feel like on days that i'm all dolled up and looking nice, and i'm hoping to catch guys eyes, i really don't catch many lookers (btw, i'm single, and somtimes like to look around (; ) then other days, i don't feel like i'm looking my best, and i'll see quite a few nice looking guys checking me out. i almost think "why are you looking at me? i look like crap today." does this happen to anyone else? makes no sense...are guys shy to make eye contact if you look nice? or do i look better frumpy? (and no i don't wear sluttty clothes or too much makeup)
