Is David Icke's claim true, that Reptilian Aliens have invaded, intermarried, and rule them?

This guy is waaaaay off in the universe floating somewhere. I do believe that there could very well be nonhuman entities walking our streets; however, what I do not believe is this reptilian nonsense. To each his/her own. One thing I can say about this guy, he is not afraid to be himself.
