Magic the Gathering : Deck Idea [Blue/Black] Yes? No? Suggestions?

I have to agree with Tzack68. The more copies of a spell that you have the more likely you will be to draw the spell that you need for a given situation. Also you may eventually want to raise the land count to 22-25, but only if you find yourself having problems getting enough land.
