Re-useable diaper pail liner?

Maybe I am not down with the cloth diapering pail business... but I have never had this problem... as I don't keep the diapers in a pail or in baby's room. I use pocket diapers as well and they go into a wetbag that either sits on the washer in the laundry room or in the garage. I wash them every 3 days and I have never had the smell issue.
