Should I change?????????

Im not one to brag but im turning out to be a goodlooking boy (now 18), its funny because up until I was 15 girls didn't even look at me. Now its the opposite. I had a gf who i broke up with which hurt (was cheated on). And im only young once so should i try to have with as many women as i can? all my mates try it and they laugh at me because im the good looking one yet i don't chase anyone. I know that's piggish but relationships bring more pain than happiness.In addition to this i purposely act like a selfish d*ck because it has an irresistable affect on women as soon as I show I care they take me for granted.
