A wedding site for an outdoorsy/nature theme in the St. Louis or St. Charles area?

I'm looking to have about 200 guests and I would prefer an outdoors ceremony and inside or outside for the reception. Maybe a winery or park would do. I'm from Missouri, but planning form Colorado, so its tough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
