What type of animal is this?

In my basement, there's a windowsill. And outside of it, there's this wild animal, I'm guessing. It has an armadillo face shape, long noise. And it kind of looks like a porcupine, but it has long hair, not needles whatever you call them. And it also has a mouse tail. You know... long and hairless. Its hair is white.
