When will the US and the UK take responsibility for the chaos that they are spreading in the middle east ?

These two powers supported by the rest of the wanna be western crusaders have deliberately set about the destruction a major swathes of the middle east. Whatever plan they had to carve up the areas Natural resources is now in tatters and the place is now unmanageable, what are they going to do to correct the situation that they have created ?
