Bifoveal fixation and vergence-phoria?

Hi, I just took a FAA physical for my student solo today and i apparently failed both these tests. This does not prevent me from becoming a private pilot but i does prevent me from becoming career. is there anyway I can fix these, any exercises? or should i go and see an eye doctor? and if so what treatment would they prescribe? thanks
